Only the handles need fixing to the tool chest if required, otherwise the tool chest comes FULLY assembled with the wheels already attached.

Delivery Information

We offer free delivery to most UK zones. However, if your order falls within a surcharged area, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, additional postage fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

By default, all our tool chests are dispatched using an economy freight service, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days. For customers needing faster delivery, we also offer a premium next-day service, which can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

To keep you informed, all customers will receive regular updates via email and SMS regarding their delivery. Once your order reaches the local depot, you will be notified with a 2-hour delivery window. To ensure a smooth process, please double-check that your email address and mobile phone number are entered correctly at checkout.

Our tool chests are securely packaged and delivered on a pallet to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. In the rare event that your chest is damaged during transit, we kindly ask you to take clear photographs of the pallet as it is being unloaded. This will assist us in identifying when the damage occurred and allow us to resolve the issue promptly with our courier.

Ordered Wednesday morning and delivered by lunch time the following day. I did have help the courier to get it off the lorry and in my garage as he was on his own, but I didn't mind doing it however if youre unable to help then I'd probably avoid ordering one as it will likely get damaged if he's unloading it on his own.

Tool chest well packaged and come with wheels on already (chest is upside down on delivery so you will need an additional person to help turn it over due to weight) item undamaged and looks to be well made, but it's still early on so time will tell. Item looks to be identical to one another company sells at a higher price so I'm extremely happy with what it cost me.
